Ryan M. Long, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), serves as one of our top investor managers at Chuck Jones & Associates, Inc. (CJ&A) and our affiliate, The H Group, Inc. Ryan has been employed as a portfolio manager with FocusPoint Solutions, Inc. from 2005 to the present, and has worked in guiding and implementing the disciplined investment process of the CJ&A and The H Group investment team, as well as in conducting investment portfolio management, security selection and research.
From 2001 to 2005, he served as an investment analyst with the institutional division of Columbia Management Group, a FleetBoston Financial/Bank of America affiliate, responsible for investment research as well as consulting, strategy and analysis for qualified plans, foundations and endowments. From 1997 to 2001, he held managerial positions in the client service division of the firm. Mr. Long received a BS degree from the University of Oregon and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
