Phil Diamond, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), is one of the top investment managers for Chuck Jones & Associates, Inc. (CJ&A) and our affiliate, The H Group, Inc. He has served as Chief Investment Officer of FocusPoint Solutions, Inc. from 2001 to the present, and is responsible for directing overall investment policy and implementation, as well as security evaluation and selection for CJ&A and The H Group clients.
From 1996 to 2001, Phil was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Dwight Asset Management, a stable value investment specialist, and served as President of Laughlin Analytics, a Dwight affiliate. Prior to these roles, he served as head of trust investments at First Interstate Bank of Nevada from 1990 to 1996 and was Director of Equity Research and an institutional fund portfolio manager with First Interstate Bank of Oregon from 1980 to 1990. He received a BS degree from Portland State University and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Phil’s many years as a CFA have given him the experience to be highly respected by those in the investment community.
